Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», чинним господарським та цивільним законодавством, у зв'язку із необхідністю продовжити дію Договору № 70-П від 10.02.2021 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, Сторони дійшли згоди укласти додаткову про, те що ціна цієї Додаткової угоди становить 20% від суми зазначеної у Договорі № 70-П від 10.02.2021 року, а саме: 87248,00 (вісімдесят сім тисяч двісті сорок вісім грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 14541,33 грн. (чотирнадцять тисяч п’ятсот сорок одна грн. 33 коп.).
