Note:
За домовленістю Сторін, а саме: Річна замовлена потужність на 2021 календарний рік складає 150 000 (сто п'ятдесят тисяч) метрів кубічних. Місячна вартість послуги розподілу природного газу дорівнює 1/12 річної замовленої потужності, помноженої на тариф, встановлений НКРЕКП для Оператора ГРМ, а саме:
- з 01.01.21 р. – у розмірі 1,008 грн за 1 м.куб., у т.ч. ПДВ
Оплата послуги розподілу природного газу здійснюється Споживачем до 10-го числа місяця, наступного за звітним на підставі рахунку/рахунку-фактури та/або акту наданих послуг з урахуванням раніше перерахованих коштів.
Вартість послуг по даному Договору у 2021 р. становить 151200,00 грн (сто п'ятдесят одна тисяча двісті гривень 00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ
Код ДК 021:2015-65210000-8 (розподіл газу)
3. Сторони дійшли згоди, що рахунки-фактури будуть напрвлятись Оператором ГРМ Споживачу за наступною електронною адресою провулок Урядовий, 63, с. Усатове, Біляївський район (Одеський район), Одеська область, 67663.
Також вищевказані первинні документи з накладеними електронними цифровими підписами буде направлено Споживачу через "M.E.DOC"
4. Дана додаткова угода вступає в силу з дати підписання, розповсюджує свою дію на відносини, що фактично склались між Сторонами з 01 січня 2021 р. згідно Цивільного кодексу України статті 631 п.3. та діє до 31.12.2021 р.
5. Решта умов договору залишається незмінною і обов’язковою до виконання
Сторонами.
6. Дана додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної Сторони, які мають однакову юридичну силу.
