На підставі пункту 6. Розділу 10 прикінцеві та перехідні положення Закону України "Про публічні заупівлі" у редакції чинній до 19.04. 2020 року, враховуючи коливання ціни на ринку природного газу за одиницю продукції, Строни вирішили внести зміни у пункт 3.2. Договору, а саме: Ціна природного газу за 1 тис. м. куб. визначається відповідно до діючих цін Постачальника, з урахуванням компенсації вартості послуг доступу до потужності, податків та зборів передбачиних чиним законодавством України.
