1. Керуючись Законом України № 2738-IX від 16.11.2022 року, яким передбачається затвердження Указу Президента України від 7 листопада 2022 року N 757/2022 «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні», пункт 12.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Цей договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання та діє до 31 грудня 2022 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.»
2. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують свої обов’язки стосовно виконання цих умов.
3. Ця Додаткова угода складена в 2х примірниках по одному для кожної із Сторін і є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 2275-10-22 від 14.10.2022 р.
