Керуючись п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовились внести зміни до X розділу «Строк дії договору» договору № 11 від 02.01.2020 р. про закупівлю ДК 021:2015 «15420000-8 Рафіновані олії та жири» для навчальних закладів відділу освіти виконкому Інгулецької районної у місті ради за державні кошти доповнивши його п. 10.4 наступного змісту: «10.4 Продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо передання товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереробної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі».
