Керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", та п.11.2 договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (м'ясо яловичини охолоджене) на 10 відсотків у зв'язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
