Відповідно до листа ТОВ "УКРТРАНССЕРВІС-ГРУП" №245/19 від 15.01.19 та експертного висновку ”Житомирської Торгово-Промислової палати” № в-21 від 10.01.2019 на ринку природного газу відбулося підвищення закупівельних цін. Беручи до уваги вищевикладене та керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ “Про публічні закупівлі” сторони домовились внести зміни до договору постачання природного газу в частині зміни ціни за одиницю товари не більше ніж на 10 відсотків та зменшити обсяги закупівлі.

В зв’язку з встановленням Постачальником нових умов постачання природного газу, які є неприйнятними для Споживача в частині включення в Договір послуги замовлення (бронювання) потужностей, яка містить ціну розрахункової вартості щодо замовлення (бронювання) потужностей, а також встановлює додаткову відповідальність та сплату неустойки Споживачем за недобір природного газу, Сторони, керуючись підпунктом 3 пункту 5.1 розділу 5 Договору, вирішили припинити свої договірні відносини та розірвати Договір поставки природного газу.
