1. Викласти п. 3.1 розділу 3 "Ціна Договору визначена відповідно до зведеного кошторису з розроблення проектної документації по об`єкту будівництва (додаток № 4 до цього Договору) згідно з КНУ "Настанова з визначення вартості проеектних, науково-проектних, вишукувальних робіт та експертизи проектної документації на будівництво" затверджені наказом Міністерства розвтку громад та територій України від 01.11.2021 № 281, чинними збірниками цін на вишукувальні і проектні роботи та іншими чинними законодавчими актами і відомчими нормативними документами щодо вартості робіт."
2. Доповнити договір п. 8.4 наступного змісту: "Виконавець, завантажує проєктну документацію до електронної системи ЄДЕССБ, забезпечує підтвердження проведення експертизи електронними підписами експертів, які провели експертизу та керівника експертної установи."
