1.1. Відповідно до, пункту 3.9 Розділу 3, пункту 21.1. Розділу XХI. Договору №21-19ВТ від 06.12.2021 р., Сторони за взаємною згодою ухвалили змінити 6-й та, додати 7-й етап:
1.1.1. Пункт 4.1. Розділу 4 «ПОРЯДОК ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ОПЛАТИ» Договору № 21-19ВТ від 06.12.2021 р. викласти в новій редакції наступного змісту:
4.1. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом поетапної оплати Замовником після підписання Сторонами Акта приймання-передачі виконаних робіт (ф. № КБ-2в) та/або Рахунка на оплату робіт протягом 7 робочих днів з дати, вказаної в рахунку.
4.1.1. Розмір 1-го етапу оплати – 0,00 грн. (Нуль гривень 00 копійок) з ПДВ згідно фінансування на 2021 рік.
4.1.2. Розмір 2-го етапу оплати – 2 186 080,09 грн. (Два мільйони сто вісімдесят шість тисяч вісімдесят гривень дев’ять копійок) у т. ч. ПДВ 20%: 364 346,68 грн. згідно фінансування на 2022 рік.
4.1.3. Розмір 3-го етапу оплати – 4 160 754,81 грн. (Чотири мільйони сто шістдесят тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят чотири гривні вісімдесят одна копійка) у т. ч. ПДВ 20%: 693 459,14 грн. згідно фінансування на 2023 рік.
4.1.4. Розмір 4-го етапу оплати – 0,00 грн. (Нуль гривень 00 копійок) з ПДВ згідно фінансування на 2024 рік.
4.1.5. Розмір 5-го етапу оплати – 821 976,03 грн. (Вісімсот двадцять одна тисяча дев’ятсот сімдесят шість гривень три копійки) у т. ч. ПДВ 20%: 136 996,00 грн. згідно фінансування на 2025 рік.
4.1.6. Розмір 6-го етапу оплати – 0,00 грн. (Нуль гривень 00 копійок) з ПДВ згідно фінансування на 2026 рік.
4.1.7. Розмір 7-го етапу оплати – 127 080,15 грн. (Сто двадцять сім тисяч вісімдесят гривень двадцять пʼять копійок) у т. ч. ПДВ 20%: 21 180,03 грн. згідно фінансування на 2027 рік.
4.1.8. Розміри етапів оплати можуть бути змінені відповідно до фінансування та надходження коштів з державного бюджету.
