Рішенням виконавчого комітету Лубенської міської ради №134 від 23 червня 2021 року «Про встановлення тарифів на централізоване водопостачання та водовідведення, що надається КП «Лубни-водоканал» затверджені нові тарифи на послуги, в зв’язку з цим сторони домовились про збільшення ціни, але що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю.

Згідно п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору № 446 від 28.01.2021 про надання послуг з водопостачання та водовідведення на 6 400,00грн. (шість тисяч чотирма грн. 00 коп.) виклавши п.1 в наступній редакції :
Загальна сума договору складає 8 600,00 (Вісім тисяч шістсот гривень 00 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ - 1433,33 грн.
