Note:
1.Керуючись п.14.9. Договору № ІФЕ-420/2022 від 31.12.2021р. ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні
закупівлі» (далі-Закон) Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення
процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі,
відповідно п.3.1. та п.14.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Початком постачання електричної енергії Споживачу є дата, зазначена в Заяві, яка є додатком 1 до
цього Договору. Строк постачання електричної енергії з 01 січня 2022 року по 31.03.2023 року

цього Договору. Строк постачання електричної енергії з 01 січня 2022 року по 31.03.2023 року.
14.1 Цей Договір набирає чинності з 01 січня 2022 року і діє в частині постачання електричної енергії до
31.03.2023 року, а в частині розрахунків діє до повного виконання Сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань за цим
Договором.»
