1. п.3.1. розділу 3. Договору викласти наступним змістом:
« 3.1. Постачальник здійснює протягом лютого - грудня 2021 року постачання природного газу Споживачу для власного споживання в обсязі 55 тис. куб. м. (55 000 куб. м.).
2. п.7.2. розділу 7. Договору викласти наступним змістом:
« 7.2. Загальна сума Договору за лютий - грудень 2021р. на момент підписання складає 384 450,00 грн. ( триста вісімдесят чотири тисячі чотириста п'ятдесят грн. 00 коп. у т. ч. ПДВ 20% - 64 075,00 грн. ), згідно цієї Додаткової угоди зменшено на 28 050,00 грн. ( двадцять вісім тисяч п'ятдесят грн. 00 коп. у т. ч. ПДВ 20% - 4 675,00 грн. ). ».
