Зміна тарифу у зв'язку з введенням в дію розпорядження виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (КМДА) від 13.10.2021 № 2145 «Про встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію, виробництво теплової енергії, транспортування теплової енергії, постачання теплової енергії, послуги з постачання теплової енергії і гарячої води».
п. 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
Ціна цього договору становить 5259376,27 грн. без ПДВ( П’ять млн. двісті п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч триста сімдесят шість) грн.. 27 коп.. крім того ПДВ сумою 1051875,25 грн. (Один млн. нуль п’ятдесят одна тисяча вісімсот сімдесят п’ять) грн 25 коп.. разом з ПДВ 6311251,52 грн.( Шість млн. триста одинадцять тисяч двісті п’ятдесят одна грн .52 коп. , в тому числі:
Загальний фонд 2795351,52 грн. (з ПДВ).
Спеціальний фонд 3515900,00грн. ( з ПДВ);
