1. Сторони прийшли до згоди пункт 4.1. Договору викласти у такій редакції:
«4.1. Ціна Договору становить 8 061 770,70грн. (вісім мільйонів шістдесят одна тисяча сімсот сімдесят гривень 70 коп.), без ПДВ , згідно Розрахунку вартості Послуг (Додаток № 2 до Договору), що є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору.»
2. Сторони прийшли до згоди Додаток 1 «Технічні, якісні та кількісні характеристики предмета закупівлі» до Договору викласти у редакції Додатку 1 до цієї Додаткової угоди.
