Зміни умов у зв’язку із продовженням строку дії договору, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку
Зважаючи на те, що договір за результатами проведеної тендерної процедури в 2020 р. може бути підписаний не раніше ніж 10 березня 2020 р. (згідно п.2 ст. 32 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі) Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Додаткової угоди №5 та викласти її в редакції:
1. У зв'язку із продовженням дії Договору № 1 від 15.01.2019р. (зі змінами), а саме до 31.03.2020 року та керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
2. Сума додаткової угоди складає 271 767,00 грн. ( в тому числі ПДВ 45294,50 грн.)
3. Обсяг закупівлі за даною додатковою угодою становить 94037 кВт.
