Керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на підставі листа Постачальника від 07.09.2021 року № 581 та у зв’язку із коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку, що підтверджується даними ДП «Оператор ринку» з сайту https://www.oree.com.ua згідно з якими середньозважена ціна на електроенергію на РДН ОЕС України у березні 2021р. становила 1374,25 ГРН/МВТ.Г, у серпні 2021 р. – 2076,95 ГРН/МВТ.Г Сторони домовились змінити, але не більше ніж на 10%, ціну за 1 кВт/год електроенергії з 01 жовтня 2021 року та встановити її у сумі 2,26 грн. (дві грн. 26 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 20%, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору
