Ціна цього Договору становить 255648,00 грн. (двісті п’ятдесят п'ять тисяч шістсот сорок вісім гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ – 42608,00 грн. (сорок дві тисячі шістсот вісім гривень 00 копійок).». 3. Перше речення пункту 4.1. Розділу ІV «Ціна товару та порядок здійснення оплати» Договору виключити та викласти в новій редакції: «4.1. Ціна і кількість Товару: бензин А-92 (талони) – 11320 (одинадцять тисяч триста двадцять) літрів по: - 15.03.2017р.-16.03.2017р. - 21,90 грн. (двадцять одна гривня 90 копійок) з ПДВ за літр.; - 17.03.2017р.-31.12.2017р. – 22,65 грн. (двадцять дві гривні 65 копійок) з ПДВ за літр.».
