Керуючись ч. 6 статті 41 Закону України «ГІро публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII, п. 5.11 розділу V «Тариф та порядок розрахунків», Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, і що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі на суму 962 550 грн. 00 коп.(Дев’ятсот шістдесят дві тисячі п ’ятсот п’ятдесят гривень) у тому числі ГІДВ 160 425 грн. 00 коп. (сто шістдесят тисяч чотириста двадцять п ’ять гривень 00 копійок.).
