Керуючись п.1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі": 1) Зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника" Відповідно до п.11.7 Договору 260/01-2018 від 29.01.2018 року сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору, а саме : - п. 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції : "3.1. Сума цього Договору становить 775871,94 грн. (Сімсот сімдесят пять вісімсот сімдесят одна гривна 94 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 20% -129311,99 грн. Зменшення суми договору складає 11,38 грн.(одинадцять гривен 38 копійок)".Інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
