2. Пункт 4.6. викласти в наступній редакції:
4.6. Оплата за послуги водопостачання та водовідведення проводиться Споживачем відповідно до діючих тарифів шляхом перерахування на рахунок Водоканалу коштів не пізніше 10-ти днів з дня отримання рахунку-акту на оплату, виданого згідно звіту про об’єм використаної води, але в будь якому випадку не пізніше 20 числа місяця, що настає за розрахунковим періодом. При цьому, у першу чергу, погашається заборгованість Споживача.
