Note:
Відповідно до п. 20, п.п. 21.5.4 п. 21 Договору враховуючи лист АТ "Балтік Воркбоутс" від 17.01.2023 "Повідомлення про форс-мажорні обставини", лист BMG power Systems OU від 13.01.2023, лист-підтвердження від 24.01.2023 Торгово-промислової палати Естонії, лист АТ "Балтік Воркбоутс" від 27.02.2023 Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.п. 1.5 п. 1 та п.п. 5.1 п. 5 Договору. На підставі п. 6.1, п. 21.5.3 Договору з метою покращення морехідних та технічних характеристик судна зазначених у двусторонньому підписаному протоколі від 16.12.2022, без збільшення ціни Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Додатку №1 в частині змін специфікації в окремих пунктах розділів "Основна розміри", "Класифікація та правила" та "Технічні вимоги до предмету закупівлі, встановлені Замовником", виклавши додаток №1 в новій редакції.
