Note:
1. В зв’язку зі зростанням відпускної ціни когенераційної установки на базі газового двигун-генератора ДвГА-500 станом на 01.11.2018р. виключити з комплекту поставки допоміжне устаткування: теплообмінник утилізаційний водогрійний; балон пусковий ємкістю 330л. на загальну суму 450000,00грн. з ПДВ. При цьому зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі № 21/03-18 від 13 березня 2018 р. (п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону). 2. Подовжити термін дії договору згідно п.11.1 Договору до 31.12.2019р. в зв’язку з виникненням документально підтверджених обставин, а саме, відсутністю фінансування (п.4 ч.4 ст.36 Закону).
