Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди про наступне:
1. Укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії Договору № 2/21у від 25.01.2021 року на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, відповідно до п.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
2. Укласти цю додаткову угоду в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
3. Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати підписання сторонами та діє до “28” лютого 2022 р., а в частині виконання грошових зобов’язань за цією угодою – до моменту повного та належного виконання Сторонами усіх своїх грошових зобов’язань.
