У зв’язку зі зміною плану асигнувань Замовника Сторони домовились змінити суми коштів по фондам Замовника без зміни загальної вартості Договору та обсягу закупівлі, на виконання чого вирішили змінити пункт 3.1. Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Загальна вартість Послуг за цим Договором становить: 5 907 544 (п’ять мільйонів дев’ятсот сім тисяч п’ятсот сорок чотири) гри 43 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ (20%) - 984 590 (дев’ятсот вісімдесят чотири тисячі п’ятсот дев'яносто) грп 74 коп., з яких:
5 698 931 (п’ять мільйонів шістсот дев'яносто вісім тисяч дев'ятсот тридцять одна) гри 26 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ (20%) - 949 821 (дев’ятсот сорок дев’ять тисяч вісімсот двадцять одна) гри 88 кой. - кошти державного бюджету України;
208 613 (двісті вісім тисяч шістсот тринадцять) грп 17 коп., в г.ч. ПДВ (20%) - 34 768 (тридцять чотири тисячі сімсот шістдесят вісім) грп 86 коп. - власні кошти Замовника (кошти від господарської діяльності підприємства)».
Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та є обов’язковими для Сторін.
