В зв'язку з коливанням ціни товару на ринку, згідно п.2 част.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.15р. зі змінами, сторони домовились стосовно збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку, без збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю.
