Керуючись рішенням виконкому Криворізької міської ради від 22.01.2020 року № 23 Сторони домовилися про наступне: 1. Викласти пункт 1.3. Розділу "Ціна договору" даного Договору в наступній редакції: "3.4. Ціна цього договору визначається з урахуванням розділу V Податкового кодексу України та законодавства у сфері постачання за тарифом на теплову енергію, який з 23 січня 2020 року без урахування ПДВ складає : 1697,80 грн за 1 Гкал, 2037,36 грн за 1 Гкал з ПДВ - 20%. 2. Решта умов цього договору залишається незмінною і обовязковою для виконання Сторонами.
