Керуючись положеннями частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII та п. 11.3 договору на постачання природного газу від 25.01.2018 р. №41EBDpz70-18, Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо закупівлі товару під кодом ДК 021:2015 – 09120000-6 Газове паливо (Природний газ) до 31 березня 2019 року – строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі вказаного предмету закупівлі на початку 2019 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у п. 3.6 Договору, відповідно до затверджених у встановленому порядку на цю мету видатків.
