1. Замовник і Постачальник за домовленістю сторін, керуючись пунктом 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції Закону України від 19.09.2019 № 114-ІХ), дійшли згоди згідно пунктів 1.3; 6.2.3 Договору зменшити обсяги закупівлі та загальну суму Договору.
2. Викласти пункт 3.1 Договору в новій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 211 956,00 (Двісті одинадцять тисяч дев'ятсот п'ятдесят шість гривень 00 копійок) гривень, у тому числі ПДВ – 35 326,00 гривень.»
3. Специфікацію до Договору викласти в новій редакції згідно Додатку 1.
