Керуючись нормами Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 201 від 11.11.2019р. для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року,в обсязі ,що не перевищує 20% суми,визначеної в договорі ,укладеному в попередньому році,якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 39928,76 грн з ПДВ.
Додаткова угода поширює свою дію з 1 січня 2020 року та діє до 31 січня 2020р.
