З метою здійснення видатків на початку 2022 року на час проведення процедури закупівлі Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору в наступному порядку, а саме: Розділ "Умови постачання" пункт 3.4. Договору викласти в новій редакції: 3.4. Постачальник зобовязується поставити Споживачу електричну енергію в строк протягом 2021 року до 28 лютого 2022 року. Розділ "Строк дії Договору та інші умови" пункт 13.1 Договору викласти у новій редакції: 13.1. Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання і діє в частині постачання електричної енергії з 29.03.2021 р. до 28.02. 2022 р. (включно), а в частині розрахунків - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх обовязків за цим Договором. 2. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін. 3. Дана додаткова угода укладена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу і є невідємною частиною Договору. 4. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати підписання та діє протягом строку дії Договору.
