Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі за Договором та відповідно зменшити ціну Договору на суму 88 514,00 грн. (вісімдесят вісім тисяч п’ятсот чотирнадцять гривень 00 копійок). Внести зміни до п. 5.1 Договору, виклавши його у наступній редакції: «5.1. Загальна вартість Послуг, які надаються за цим Договором, відповідно до Специфікації - Додатку 1, який є невід’ємною частиною цього Договору, та до Протоколу погодження договірної ціни - Додатку 2, який є невід’ємною частиною цього Договору, складає 281 474,52 грн. (двісті вісімдесят одна тисяча чотириста сімдесят чотири гривні 52 копійки), без ПДВ. Ціна цього Договору розрахована, виходячи з помісячної вартості Послуг, що зазначена у Додатку 1 до Договору».
