Керуючись п.7 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та Постановою НКРЕКП №2454 від 01.12.2021 року «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2022 рік» згідно якої з 01.01.2022 року встановлено тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії на рівні 345,64 грн/МВт*год (без ПДВ), Сторони домовилися змінити ціну електричної енергії в частині регульованої складової вартості електричної енергії – послуги з передачі електричної енергії, у зв’язку зі зміною регульованих цін (тарифів), та зменшити обсяг постачання активної електричної енергії на 1885,36 кВт*год., та внести відповідні зміни до договору.
