Враховуючи зміни до законодавства в частині набрання чинності окремих нормативно-правових актів, а саме постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг №580 від 22.04.2019р. "Про затвердження змін до деяких постанов НКРЕКП" про те, що 01 травня 2019 року обов'язок забезпечити споживачу надання послуг замовлення (бронювання) потужності щодо кожного періоду та обсягу постачання газу за договорами постачання природного газу покладено саме на постачальника природного газу. Поряд з цим, споживачу припиняється надання послуг транспортування від суб'єкта природної монополії АТ "Укртрансгаз" в особі її філії за укладенимиіз споживачами договорами на транспортування природного газу.
