Note:
1. У зв’язку з затримкою отримання вихідних даних з вини організації, погодження проектної документації з якою є обов’язковим, відповідно до підпункту «в» пункту 3.8 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Додатку 2 Договору – «Календарний план виконання робіт» та викласти його в новій редакції, щодо дається.
2. У зв’язку з затримкою при погодженні проектної документації з вини організації, погодження проектної документації з якою є обов’язковим, відповідно до підпункту «г» пункту 3.8 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Додатку 2 Договору – «Календарний план виконання робіт» та викласти його в новій редакції, що додається.
3. Внести зміни до реквізитів Виконавця у розділі 20 «Найменування та реквізити сторін» та викласти їх в наступній редакції:
