Note:

Керуючись ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.10.2. Договору №27-615 від 19.03.2020 сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % ціни Договору. А саме - збільшити суму Договору на 103 079,42 грн. з ПДВ (загальна сума Договору з урахування збільшення складає – 618 476,54 грн. з ПДВ) та продовжити термін дії Договору до 28.02.2021 року.
