У зв’язку з проведенням коригування проектно-кошторисної документації по об’єкту «Капітальний ремонт будівлі КНП «Черкаський міський пологовий будинок «Центр матері та дитини» по вул. Чехова, 101 (ІІІ поверх гінекологічного корпусу)» Сторони домовились: 1) п. 3.1. Замовником беруться зобов’язання з проведення розрахунків за цим Договором: у 2021 році на суму 38 880,00 (Тридцять вісім тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят грн. 00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ 20% у сумі 6 480,00 (Шість тисяч чотириста вісімдесят грн. 00 коп.)».
2) Викласти п. 7.4. до Договору № 90-2020АН від 24.12.2020 р. та Додатки в новій редакції.
Додаток 1: Протокол узгодження договірної ціни на проведення авторського нагляду;
Додаток 2: Зведений кошторисний розрахунок №1на проведення авторського нагляду;
Додаток 3: План-Графік на проведення авторського нагляду;
Додаток 4: Графік виконання робіт та оплати за проведений авторський нагляд працівниками ТОВ «БК «Євробуд».
