Note:
Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України , та пункту 10.3. Договору №2 від 11.01.2018 р. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну цього Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме – 51747,00 грн. (П’ятдесят одна тисяча сімсот сорок сім грн.. 20 коп. ), в т.ч. ПДВ- 8624,50 грн. . Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними, Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання. Додаткова угода №2 набирає чинності з 02.01.2019р. і є невід’ємною частиною договору № 2 від 11.01.2018 р. Дану додаткову угоду складено у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, кожен з яких має однакову юридичну силу.
