Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами) та згідно п. 10.3 Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк дії Договору до 31 березня 2019 року та збільшити суму Договору на суму, достатню для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
