Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару у бік збільшення пропорційно до здорожчання такого товару на ринку без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, за рахунок зменшення об’ємів закупівлі (тис. м. куб.) за предметом ДК 021:2015, код 09120000-6 – Газове паливо; (Природний газ) погоджений в межах, що не перевищують 10 відсотків за одиницю Товару, у зв’язку із чим погодили наступну (нову) редакцію пункту 3.2 та пункту 3.3. розділу 3 Договору в частині зміни ціни за одиницю Товару: 3.2. Ціна природного газу (крім тарифу на транспортування) становить 8396,83 за 1000 куб. м., у т.ч. ПДВ 1399,47 гривень. 3.3. Тариф на транспортування природного газу за 1000 м. куб. становить 163,90 грн., у тому числі ПДВ 27,32 гривень». Сторони домовилися змінити кількість (обсяг) поставки товару за результатами перерахунку цін за пунктом 1.2 розділу 1 Договору: «Плановий обсяг постачання газу – 92,51547473171 тис. куб. м.
