відповідно до Ради з державної підтримки кінематографії № 59 від 2 квітня 2020 року, Пункт 3.2. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «3.2. Термін надання Держкіно Акта про завершення виробництва (створення) Фільму становить 30.11.2020 року.» 1. Пункти 6.7.- 6.8. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «6.7. Термін використання попередньої оплати на виконання робіт з виробництва (створення) Фільму не може перевищувати 12 місяців від дати платежу згідно з чинним законодавством. 6.8. Продюсер-Виконавець протягом 12 місяців з дня надходження попередньої оплати на розрахунковий рахунок підтверджує її використання згідно з проміжним актом про частково виконанні роботи з виробництва Фільму разом із звітом про використання коштів та звітом фактичних витрат.» 2. Пункт 6.1 Договору викласти у такій редакції. «Держкіно здійснює оплату послуг з виробництва Фільму в розмірі, передбаченному п.1.1 цього Договору за рахунок видатків загального фонду Державного бюджету України за КПКВК 3806030 в тому числі: У 2017 році 4 846 949,70 ( Чотири мільйони вісімсот сорок шість тисяч, дев’ятсот сорок дев’ять грн., 70 коп.), Без ПДВ; у 2020 році 2 253 050,3 ( Два мільйони двісті п’ятдесят три тисячі, п’ятдесят грн., 30 коп.), Без ПДВ;
