керуючись п.п. 1.3. 9.1. Договору № 365 від 10.10.2022 (далі — Договір) та нормами статей 651–654 Цивільного кодексу України, статті 188 Господарського кодексу України, п.4 ч.5. ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи, що 18.11.2022 набув чинності Закон України «Про затвердження Указу Президента України “Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні” № 2738-ІХ від 16.11.2022 (далі – Указ № 2738-ІХ), яким продовжено строк дії воєнного стану в Україні з 05 години 30 хвилин 21.11.2022 строком на 90 діб, а саме до 19.02.2023, уклали цю додаткову угоду про внесення змін до Договору про нижчевикладене:
1. Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору № 365 від 10.10.2022 та виконання зобов’язань по ньому і викласти пункт 1.3. та 9.1. Договору в такій редакції:
«1.3. Термін надання послуг: до 31.12.2022 р.
«9.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє по 31 грудня 2022 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань.
