Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651, 653, та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди №1 від 26.12.2019р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році.
