1. Сторони за взаємною домовленістю дійшли згоди щодо розірвання договору на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів №11410KDEFXAB017 від 29 грудня 2016 р.
2. Зобов’язання Сторін за даним Договором в частині послуг з постачання природного газу припиняються з 18 січня 2018 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків за спожитий природний газ - діють до повного їх виконання.
