1. В зв’язку з технічною помилкою викласти «Проект договору про закупівлю » у наступній редакції: «Договір № 1 про закупівлю електричної енергії».
2. Внести зміни в Пункт 5.1 та викласти його в наступній редакції : « Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 366041,67 грн, крім того ПДВ -73208,33 грн, разом з ПДВ -439250,00 грн
( чотириста тридцять дев’ять тисяч двісті п’ятдесят грн.. 00 коп). Ціна за одиницю товару на дату укладання Договору становить 1,75 грн ( одна гривня 75 коп.) , в тому числі ПДВ 0,29 коп ( нуль гривень 29 коп).
