Note:
Згідно Закону України « Про затвердження Указу Президента України "Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні» № 2500-IX від 15.08.2022, вирішили продовжити дію Договору у зв’язку з продовженням строку воєнного стану в Україні та уклали цю Додаткову угоду № 1 ( далі – Угоду ) про наступне: 1.Викласти п.5.1. договору в новій редакції: 5.1. Договір набирає чинності з 14.06.2022 року та діє до 21.11.2022 року включно. Строк дії цього договору може бути продовжений за згодою Сторін у разі потреби ( у разі продовження строку дії воєнного стану в порядку передбаченому чинним законодавством України) шляхом укладання Сторонами додаткової угоди до цього Договору. 2. Сторони вирішили викласти п.3.1 в новій редакції: 3.1. Збільшити суму Договору з урахуванням потреб Замовника на суму 600,00 грн. Загальна сума Договору становить: 1120,00 грн. Оплата за даним Договором здійснюється за рахунок коштів НСЗУ.
