Неможливість отримання Замовником послуг у повному обсязі, у зв’язку з встановленням карантинних заходів у медичному закладі Замовника, що пов’язано з епідеміологічною ситуацією та заходами, спрямованими на подолання гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2, у зв’язку із підвищенням рівня захворюваності коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2 серед пацієнтів та працівників Замовника, Сторони домовились подовжити строк дії Договору та строк надання послуг на наступний рік.
Кількість послуг після внесення змін: не змінилось.

На підставі п.4 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи умови пп.З) п.11.3., п. 11.4. даного Договору, згідно з об’єктивним обставинами, що спричинили продовження строку виконання зобов’язань за Договором, а саме неможливість отримання Замовником послуг діагностичної візуалізації у повному обсязі, відповідно до статті 64 Конституції України, статті 121 Закону України «Про правовий режим воєнного стану”, Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 р. № 64 “Про введення воєнного стану в Україні”, у зв’язку з обставинами, що не залежать від замовника, що виникли внаслідок дії непереборної сили
