Відповідно частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року №922-VІІІ Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору на строк , достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми цього Договору, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, в зв'язку із чим внести наступні зміни і доповнення до Договору:
1.1. Викласти пункт 11.1. Договору в наступній редакції: "11.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками (за наявності) Сторін і діє в частині проведення розрахунків - до їх повного здійснення"
