Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та пп.8 п.19 Особливостей Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
