Note:
Замовник та Постачальник /Виконавець дійшли згоди змінити обсяг закупівлі та внести зміни до Додатку № "Специфікація" , а саме Додаток №1 "специфікація" викласти у наступній редакції: "Бензин А-95" - 1145 л. Ця зміна не призведе до збільшення суми за договором. При цьому сума визначена в договорі зменшується на 122,10 грн (сто двадцять дві гривні 10 копійок) . Ціна цього договору становить 100845,90 ( сто тисяч вісімсот сорок п'ять гривень 90 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ (20%) 16807,65 (шістнадцять тисяч вісімсот сім гривень 65 копійок). Усі інші умови договору залишаються без змін.

В зв'язку з допущенням технічної помилки. яку не можливо виправити . Внести зміни до додатку №1 "Специфікація", до договору №20 від 07.04.2021 року та викладення в наступній редакції. Замовник та Постачальник /Виконавець дійшли згоди змінити обсяг закупівлі та внести зміни до Додатку №1 "Специфікація", і саме Додаток "Специфікація" викласти у наступній редакції: "Бензин А-95" - 1145 л, "Бензин А-92-410 л.
Ця зміна не призвела до збільшення загальної суми за Договором.
При цьому сума визначена в Договорі зменшується на 231,30 грн (двісті тридцять одна грн. 30 коп.)
