Відповідно п. 8 ч. 4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 10.1 основного договору № 1/17-УТВ від 18 липня 2017 p. (далі – основний договір) Сторони домовились додати пункт 9.3. до розділу «ІХ. Строк дії договору» основного договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«9.3. Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку»
